We built the tool we needed.
As solution engineers, our job was to make complex software simple. But even with great products and polished slides, something was missing.
We'd move our mouse around the screen, hoping clients would follow. We'd say "look here" and "focus on this," but without a way to visually guide attention, critical details got lost. Demos took longer. Questions multiplied. Deals slowed down.
The bottleneck wasn't our product—it was communication itself.
